Fundraiser Information
Step One:
Ok, the first thing you want to do is get our Catalog, this will have all of our Christian Designs in it along with an order form that your members can take orders with. We also have other Fundraiser tools available for you like Posters to hang up, Selling Tips to go over with your members, or even a Fundraiser Kit that contains everything you'll need for a successful Fundraiser. Please download these items below for free or we also have professionally printed ones available for purchase
Fundraiser Tools
Step Two:
Now that you have your Catalogs and other Fundraising tools it's time to get started. Pass out the catalogs to your members and have them go to the last page (the order form page) and fill in the information at the top. You will be buying your apparel from us at the Fundraiser prices as follows:
- Christian T-shirts - $6.95 for White T-shirts
- Christian T-Shirts - $7.95 for Colored T-shirts
- Long Sleeve Tee's - $9.95
- Sweatshirts - $11.95
- Hoodies - $16.95
- Cinch-Paks - $9.00
We suggest that you add $5.00 to the above prices so that your group profits $5.00 for every item sold. Explain that your goal for this Fundraiser is to sell 200 Christian T-shirts, Long Sleeve Tee's, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, or Cinch-Paks and your group can make a profit of $1,000 or more!
Ok now here is the "No Out-Of-Pocket Expense" part - while your members are taking orders, have them collect all the money up front. This will save you having to chase people down for payment and you are not stuck with any unpaid apparel. Then when you go to place your Fundraiser order with us you'll already have the money...hence no money out of pocket for you - Great!
Step Three:
Alright, we are almost done. You've run your Fundraiser for about 2 weeks, all your members are selling from their catalogs and collecting money for orders. You've come to the end of your sale and your members have turned their order forms and money in to you.
Now it's time to order all of your apparel. Click on Christian T-shirts in the right hand column and order all of your T-shirts, (you can view your shopping cart on the right hand side of your screen at all times), then just continue adding your Hoodies, Long Sleeve Tees, Sweatshirts, and Cinch-Paks.
...ok, now don't panic here - you will see that the pricing in your shopping cart will not be as listed above. During the checkout process there will be an area called "Coupon Code", this is where you will enter the code

... Just make sure you put the code in and your pricing will all switch over to the Fundraiser pricing

Your order will take approximately 4-6 business days to process and you will receive an e-mail when your order has shipped that will contain your tracking number.
