What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Money Orders. Orders placed using Visa or Mastercard will be processed immediately. Orders placed using a Money Order will be processed as soon as the money order is received. All payments must be denominated in U.S. Dollars. For Visa and Mastercard, your account will be charged for the amount of sale at the time of order.
Why did my credit card payment not go through?
One of the main reasons that a credit card payment is declined is because the billing address that you entered does not match the billing address of that credit card. When entering your billing information, please type in the address exactly as it appears on your credit card statement.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or FPO boxes?
We do not ship to any PO, APO, or FPO boxes. We can only ship to complete home or business addresses.
When will I receive my order?
Your order will usually be processed within 3-5 business days. The shipping time will be determined by the shipping option that you choose. (see "shipping options" below). Fundraisers and Wholesale orders will be processed within 4-6 business days depending on size of order.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the order and the distance to its shipping destination. Our shopping cart will calculate shipping charges for you, before you checkout. Just enter your Zip Code at the bottom of the cart and click "calculate shipping".
What are my shipping options?
We currently ship only within the United States. A list of our shipping options are as follows:
- USPS Priority Mail: Through the U.S.Postal Service. A fast way to have your package delivered if you need it quick. Average shipping time for priority is 2 to 3 days Monday - Saturday
- FedEx Ground: Door-to-Door delivery in 1-5 business days Monday - Friday. Delivery to Alaska & Hawaii in 3-7 business days Monday - Friday.
- FedEx Standard Overnight: Overnight delivery by 3pm to most addresses Monday - Friday. (not available to Alaska & Hawaii).
For your convenience, we offer you a shipping calculator while your items are still in your shopping cart. You will know your shipping charges before you confirm your order.
Can I ship to a different location?
To ship to another address, please enter your billing address in the billing information field and the shipping address in the shipping information field.
Security & Privacy
Wear The Message utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology with 128-bit encryption to protect the security of personal information during transmission. Users of the site are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their accounts and passwords and for restricting access to their computer. Users are also responsible for assuring that their browser supports SSL transactions.
Users of the Wear The Message site acknowledge that they may provide to us information regarding themselves or their firms/organizations including, but not limited to, personal and organizational name, physical address and e-mail address. Wear The Message is committed to protecting the privacy of site users and clients, as well as information collected about the user/user's organization. All such information collected will not be used outside Wear The Message without the user's/client's notification and permission.
What if I receive my order and something is damaged or defective?
At Wear The Message we stand behind our products 100%. If you receive merchandise that is damaged or defective please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receipt of order. We will give you instructions on returning the merchandise.
What if I want to cancel my order?
After an order has been submitted and confirmed with payment, cancellation of that order - in part or in whole - will result in a 15 percent processing fee. The client's credit card or account will in turn be credited with the balance, i.e. 85 percent of the cost of their order. If shipment has already occurred, your credit card will be credited after receipt of returned merchandise, return shipping charges are at client's expense.
How should I wash my T-shirts?
We take great pride in the T-shirts that we print. With proper care, your shirt will last for years. Like all embellished garments, your shirt should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness.
Will I be charged tax on my order?
Wear The Message, Inc is located in Ohio. By law we are required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped within Ohio. Orders shipped outside Ohio are not subject to sales tax.

What are the chest sizes of the T-shirts?
Adult Sizes: Adult Small (34-36), Adult Medium (38-40), Adult Large (42-44), Adult X-Large (46-48), and Adult XX-Large (50-52).
Youth Sizes: Small (6-8), Medium (10-12), Large (14-16). (Please note that the youth sizes tend to run small, if in doubt please choose the next size up)
